The Ironbark is a family of eucalypt trees with a wide variety of leaf and flower sizes and colours, varying from deep green to silver. Ironbark is an amber coloured honey with a slight caramel flavour and is a great all rounder for both savoury and sweet dishes, baking and smoothies.
