TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our customised honey jars are priced to suit your budget starting at $5 per jar and increasing depending on additional options. We are happy to do it all for you or you can choose to do some decorations yourself or we can assist you with ideas, designs and customization, all within your budget.
We can help you customize your honey jar to suit your event or theme.
We require a minimum of 1 – 2 weeks lead time including delivery depending on your location.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Minimum Order Quantities
We have a minimum order quantity of 20 jars. Honey selection may vary upon seasonal quantities available at the time of ordering.
Payment
We require 50% deposit when placing your order with us. The remainder of your invoice is required before delivery or collection of the products. We prefer payments to be made by funds transfer to our nominated bank account listed on the invoice.
Shipping Costs
We offer both pick up and delivery options. Delivery in the Brisbane area is $20 per order. For deliveries outside of the Brisbane area, we use couriers to deliver the jars directly to your door. Please ask us for a delivery quote if required at the time of placing your order.
Via Collection
Your order can be collected from our store in Virginia. We can arrange a mutual time once we advise you the products are ready for collection.
Or Delivery
All of our honey is packed and shipped from our store located in Virginia, Brisbane. We can ship your jars to anywhere in most parts of Australia. However, due to biosecurity restrictions, honey cannot be shipped to Western Australia and Kangaroo Island, SA.
Return Policy – Please choose carefully.
Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns unless there is a product fault. Should you have any questions or concerns with the quality of the product you receive, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately upon receipt of the product.

Can we taste the honey?
Yes, we have a variety of pure Australian honey that you can choose from. We offer free tastings in our store located in Virginia, on the north side of Brisbane. Please make an appointment to do tastings so we can ensure you receive our personalised attention.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, you can purchase any of our honeys online to try before you choose the one you like best for your guests to celebrate and remember your special occasion.
How soon after receiving the jars should the honey be consumed?
There is no expiry date for honey.
What is the best way to store honey?
The best way to store your honey is in the pantry.
Are there gluten free options?
Honey is naturally gluten free.
